A 73.9k sf multi-tenant business park in Tucson, AZ was acquired by Phoenix-based Presson Corporation in a $5.9 mil ($80/sf). The property, Midpoint Plaza, is located next to the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base at 1801 S. Alvernon, in close proximity to the 10 Fwy.
"As Arizona's second biggest city, the booming Tucson real estate market accounts for a large number of the state's real estate transactions," said Mike Hefner, Senior Vice President of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office. "More and more companies are moving into the area to take advantage of the ever-expanding workforce, as well as the amazing location and quality of life."
Hefner and Rob Glaser of Picor represented both Presson, an owner/operator of commercial and industrial buildings, and the seller, Midpoint Investors LLC, in the transaction.
