A new 950k sf big-box retail center located off I-215 in Las Vegas just opened to the public with a wide-ranging combination of big-box retailers, major anchors, multi-tenant sites and stand-alone restaurants. The project, The Arroyo Market Square, located at the southwest corner of I-215 Southern Beltway and Rainbow Blvd, is expected to see several other merchants opening for business throughout the second quarter of 2008.
The Arroyo Market Square is a joint venture development by Laurich Properties and EJM Development Co. The projects nine big-box tenants, including Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Sam's Club and Best Buy, already opened their doors during the first quarter of 2008.
"Residents in the southwest region of the Valley deserve their very own power center with an impressive tenant line-up," said Kit Graski, Senior Vice President of Voit Commercial Brokerage, whose team represented the center in attracting and negotiating the leases for the retail and dining tenants. "With the opening of The Arroyo Market Square, residents in the region now have one-stop shopping in a convenient location."
