Meissner Filtration Products Inc purchased a recently vacated, 30.9k sf office/flex building in Camarillo for $4.925 mil ($159/sf). The property is located at at 975 Flynn Rd, within the Flynn Road industrial area, which was originally developed by TOLD Corp in the 1990’s.
The biz campus property benefits from being near the Ventura 101 Fwy in Central Ventura County. The area has been home to numerous successful businesses, with Meissner Filtration being one of the largest regional employers. The building is close to California State University Channel Islands and US Naval Base Ventura County.
Bill Kiefer, SIOR, with NAI Capital Commercial repped the seller, 975 Flynn Road LLC. Paul Farry of CBRE represented the buyer, who plans to renovate the property and occupy the entire facility.
