A local private investor paid $2.05 mil for a 7.3k sf office building in Ventura. The property, located at 4591 Market St, ws sold by County Schools Federal Credit Union (CSFCU) who also currently occupies the property.
The two-story office building was built in 1993 and is situated at the intersection of Market St and Eastman Ave.
Hayden Eaves, Patrick Barnes, Kristen Sullivan, Chris Maling and David Maling with Avison Young represented CSFCU in the deal. According to Eaves, CSFCU negotiated a short-term leaseback as part of the transaction. In September of 2020, Avison Young worked with CSFCU to acquire a new headquarters and store location on Main Street in Ventura that will be ready for move-in later this year once tenant improvements have been completed.
