In a recent Oxnard industrial acquisition, BBS Partners LLC paid $1.48 mil for a 14.1k sf ($105/sf) building at 1450 E. Wooley Rd, between Oxnard Blvd and Rose Ave. The warehouse facility is only five years old and features 22’ high ceilings and dock-high loading.
Michael L. Wax, CCIM, of Industrial Park Associates represented the buyer, who purchased the property as an owner-user for their packaging supply business. Mike Walsh, SIOR, of DAUM repped the seller, Channel Islands Equity II Ltd. The transaction closed on April 27, 2012.
