Turbonetics Holdings Inc, a major supplier of turbocharger systems for industrial, military and aftermarket automotive applications, agreed a lease for 47k sf of industrial space in Moorpark. The company is expanding and relocating from Simi Valley into their new space at 14339 Princeton, a few blocks southeast of where Hwy 23 becomes the 118 Fwy.
Bob Kahn of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Sunbelt Enterprises. Joe Jusko, a principal with Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc, repped Turbonetics in the deal. Additional terms were not disclosed.
“This space had a lot of features Turbonetics was looking for,” Jusko said. “In addition to location and size, the space offers full HVAC and good clear height and parking in a high-image, freestanding building with a very favorable economic package.”
Jusko also completed a five-year, 10.9k sf industrial lease in Chatsworth on behalf of the tenant, Thermal Tech Inc. Thermal Tech, a provider of heat treating services, will be expanding and relocating to the new facility, at 10060 Remmet Ave, from Sun Valley in order to be closer to its customers and service them more efficiently. The property owner, Lainer Brothers, was self-represented.
