Nassau Land Company LP recently closed two leases totaling more than 28k sf at its Castilian Technical Center, a multi-tenant R&D center located in the heart of Goleta’s business district. The latest signings at the complex, which is managed by The Towbes Group, were with AppFolio and Control Point.
Castilian Technical Center contains multiple buildings and can accommodate tenants ranging in size from 5k sf up to 86k sf. The property is adjacent to Tecolote Creek and offers a variety of amenities, prominent building signage, and easy access to Hwy 101 and the Santa Barbara Airport. Other tenants include FLIR, Cisco, Neovia Insurance, World Minerals and CIO Solutions.
AppFolio, providers of web-based property management software, will occupy 14.5k sf at 50 Castilian Dr after relocating from smaller space in a nearby building in Goleta.
