Accurate Metal Fabricators LLC (AMF) singed a five-year lease for a 94k sf manufacturing building in Oxnard. AMF, one of the largest privately held custom fabrication companies in the Western United States, expects this new location to create approximately 100 to 125 new manufacturing jobs.
Paul Farry of CBRE’s Ventura office and Dave Desper of the Newport Beach office represented AMF, who chose the location for the dock-high loading and the large amount of power, in addition to its close proximity to Haas Automation, for which AMF is a supplier. The lease includes 10k sf of office space. Headquartered in Orange County, AMF occupies facilities in Indiana and Nevada, as well as multiple buildings in California.
Located at 1400 Statham Pkwy, the building is owned by Pacific Prime Properties, who was represented by George Eales, Mitch Conlee and Mike Walsh of Daum Commercial. Pacific Prime Properties is a Los Angeles-based investment firm whose principals and their related entities own and manage a portfolio of 11 msf of warehouse/industrial properties, R & D projects, medical office buildings, and community shopping centers located in Southern California and throughout the nation. This includes over half a million square feet in Ventura County.
