Creekside Executive Center, a master-planned professional office park that just broke ground in Camarillo, is slated to open in summer of 2008. Located at 4001- 4087 Mission Oaks Blvd, adjacent to the historic Camarillo Ranch House and the 101 Fwy, the project is a development of Phoenix-based Opus West.
At the center of Creekside Executive Center is a two-story 55.3k sf, for-lease office building with suites ranging in size from 1.5k sf to approximately 27k sf. The project will also include 13 free-standing office condos for sale, ranging in size from 2.3k sf to 7.5k sf. In addition, 18.5k sf of the center is permitted for medical use.
John La Spada, Bill Clark and Nick Gregg with CB Richard Ellis are handling marketing for Creekside Executive Center on behalf of Opus. Other LA-area projects developed by Opus West include: Broadstone Apartments, a 204-unit urban mixed-use apartment community in downtown Los Angeles; Valencia Corporate Center, a 155k sf office development in Valencia; Opus Corporate Center at Westlake Village, a 435k sf mixed-use development in the City of Westlake Village; and Grand Avenue Corporate Center, a 132k sf, four-story building in El Segundo.
