A 47-unit multifamily complex in San Diego’s North Park neighborhood sold for $13.85 mil, or $295k/unit. The 38.6k sf property sits on a 24.4k sf lot at 4602 Kansas St, south of I-8 and just west of I-805.
The property consists of 18 one-bedroom/one-bath, three two-bedroom/one-bath and 26 two-beroom/two-bath units, along with a number of off-street parking spots and carports. The community has a gated secure access, swimming pool, and a prime San Diego location.
Anton Burman of ACI Apartments represented the buyer, KA Enterprises, who intends on renovating the building to match the uniqueness of its North Park location. The seller, Arcadia Six LLC, was repped by David Andrews from ACRE. Acquisition and asset management was provided by Eugene Marini.
