A two-building, 61k sf multi-tenant industrial property in San Diego’s Miramar area sold for $11.3 mil, or $185/sf. The property is located at 8250-8260 Camino Santa Fe, east of I-805 and just north of Miramar Rd.
The property was acquired by a joint venture partnership between San Diego-based Hill Properties and a fund managed by Westport Capital Partners, which has offices in Los Angeles, CA and Stamford, CT. The asset was sold by Providence II Camino Santa Fe LLC, who was repped in the deal by Evan McDonald of Colliers International.
“As the San Diego industrial market continues to remain strong, we were able to secure an off-market transaction in record time, despite Central San Diego’s high barriers to entry,” said McDonald. “Favorably located in the Western Miramar industrial submarket, new ownership will immediately execute their value-add approach.”
