Golden Heights Terrace, a 27-unit multifamily property in San Diego’s Grant Hill/Logan Heights submarket, sold for $6.525 mil ($242k/unit). The property, located at 525-565 28th St, was sold by Golden Heights Partner Group LLC.
Erik Anderson and Kyle Pinkalla with NorthMarq were involved in brokering the transaction.
“The buyer was attracted to Golden Heights Terrace as it is a well maintained and stabilized asset within a mile of Downtown's East Village,” said Anderson. “Additionally, as one of six market-rate buildings within the submarket over 25 units, the buyer saw value in being able to purchase a complex with scale in a submarket with strong rental demographics that is in the path of progress."
