A local owner/user paid $2.7 mil for an 11.3k sf ($239/sf) R&D building in San Diego. The property, located at 7775 Arjons Dr, was acquired by SD Wood Cabinet. The seller was Just Blown Away Inc.
The property seller is retiring. The buyer will use this facility as a warehouse and showroom for its marble and cabinet services.
The buyer was represented by Chris Nelson & Sam Sukut with IPCRE. Todd Holley with Voit Real Estate Services repped the seller in the deal. According to Holley, the property had been in escrow earlier in the year but fell through when the state lockdown orders went into effect due to the pandemic.
