8185 Camino Santa Fe is a freestanding, two-story building that was constructed in 1998 with high visibility from Miramar Rd. The property features a 22’ clear height, dock and grade level loading and a full concrete lot among other amenities.
Evan McDonald, Tucker Hohenstein and Mike Erwin of Colliers International San Diego Region represented the seller, Carvin Business Properties LLC. CAMP Holding, LLC acquired the building with representation by Cushman & Wakefield.
