An 11.5k sf, two-story multi-tenant office property in Carlsbad sold for $3.425 mil ($298/sf). The property is located at 3150 Pio Pico Dr, south of Carlsbad Village Dr on the east side of I-5.
The property is occupied by four tenants, including Viking Commercial Construction, Warranty Escrow, Wave Therapy and EBD Group, who will continue operations in the building. The building features a contemporary creative office layout, a modern patio common area and close proximity to the Carlsbad Villages’ restaurants and services.
Amy McNamara and Marc Posthumus of Colliers International represented the seller, Waters Edge Properties. N&G LLC acquired the property with representation by Tiffany Ly of Million Real Estate.
