The City of Solana Beach has acquired a 29k sf land parcel in the Eden Gardens neighborhood of Solana Beach for $2.8 mil. The property is located at 700 Stevens Ave, just west of I-5.
Victor Krebs of Colliers International represented the seller, Stevens Street LLC. The City of Solana Beach repped itself in the deal.
“This parcel is one of the largest undeveloped properties in Solana Beach and is adjacent to La Colonia County Park,” said Krebs. “This land provides the City an opportunity to expand open space in Solana Beach for public recreation next to an existing park.”
