Frontera Real Estate paid $2.64 mil for a 283.1k sf lot in San Diego that they intend to redevelop into a 110k sf self-storage facility. The property, located at 11902 Campo Rd, currently contains a trucking school and a single-family residence.
The property is located along Campo Road, with direct driving access to the beginning of The Martin Luther King Jr. Fwy, known locally as Hwy 94. Previous ownership of the lot belonged to Wal-Mart Stores Inc, in a bid to serve the community of Rancho San Diego. In addition to being a short distance from the Rancho San Diego Town Center, the lot is also within proximity of Cuyamaca Community College.
Frontera Real Estate was represented by Arby Eivazian of ACI Apartments. The seller, Fass Properties Inc, was also reppede by Eivazian.
