Tsunami ARVR Inc, a Los Angeles-based technology company that builds enterprise focused virtual and augmented reality software platforms and products, has signed a 32.5k sf lease at the newly developed Torrey Point campus, along the westside of I-5 at Carmel Mountain Rd.
Tsunami ARVR will occupy the first and third floors at Torrey Point, located at 3430 Carmel Mountain Rd, in February 2018. The company plans to hire 200 new tech related jobs at their San Diego campus in the near term.
Torrey Point is a new, two-building, Class A, Silver LEED-certified, 90.6k sf office campus. CBRE’s Dick Balestri and Ryan Egli represented the landlord, American Assets Trust. Tsunami ARVR represented themselves in the deal.
“Location was critical to us and this new, modern, centrally located building grants us great visibility from the freeway, and provides a great platform for future recruiting in a world-class workspace and environment,” said Alex Hern, CEO and Founder of Tsunami ARVR.
Tsunami ARVR provides enterprise software solutions and is the leader in providing augmented and virtual reality platforms for enterprise that increases productivity, transforms collaboration and accelerates design.
