San Diego’s Mission Grove Office Park, a two-building, 65.5k sf complex, has sold to an investor for $10.3 mil ($157/sf). Mission Grove was approximately 94% leased at the time of sale to a diverse tenant mix of nearly 20 tenants, including Digium, Deaf Community Services and SGPA Architecture.
Mission Grove Office Park consists of two three-story, multi-tenant office buildings prominently located at 1545 and 1565 Hotel Circle South in San Diego’s thriving community of Mission Valley. Thoughtfully designed with central courtyard settings, the buildings feature attractive business environments, flexible floor plates, operable windows, tenant balconies and subterranean, surface and covered on-site parking.
Ideally located at Mission Valley’s Hotel Circle and I-8, the property’s location features exceptional visibility and immediate access to hotels, shopping, restaurants, recreation, and entertainment amenities. Additionally, this location has excellent proximity to surrounding residential communities, business centers, Downtown San Diego and San Diego International Airport.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Derek Hulse, Rick Reeder and Brad Tecca represented the seller, Radius Investments, in the transaction. Nick Totah of Marcus & Millichap repped the buyer, Charlie Jadallah.
