Scripps Mesa Retail Center, a 25.7k sf retail property in San Diego’s Scripps Ranch submarket, traded hands in a recent $11 mil ($428/sf) deal. The property, located at 9801-9841 Mira Mesa Blvd, was purchased by the Shah Family Trust.
Scripps Mesa Retail Center was recently renovated in 2015 at a cost of $1.7 mil. The center is 100% occupied by 18 tenants. Located in central San Diego, the property is situated at the intersection of Mira Mesa Blvd and I-15.
Reg Kobzi, Joel Wilson and Michael Peterson with CBRE represented both sides of the transaction. The seller was Hendricks Commercial Properties, out of Wisconsin.
