Vestar has been retained by a large institutional owner as the property management firm for Clairemont Town Square, a 550k sf, community lifestyle center located in San Diego, and Anaheim Hills Festival, a 567k sf community and entertainment center located in Anaheim.
Clairemont Town Square is located at Clairemont Mesa Blvd and Clairemont Dr in San Diego. The center is anchored by Vons, CVS, Ross Dress For Less, T.J. Maxx, Michaels, Petco, and Ulta.
Anaheim Hills Festival is conveniently located at Weir Canyon Rd and Santa Ana Canyon Rd in Anaheim, CA. Major tenants include Target, Pavilions, Edwards Theatres, T.J. Maxx, Hobby Lobby, Stein Mart, and Pier 1 Imports.
Vestar operates over 26 msf of premium retail space throughout the west coast. Over the past 12 months Vestar has added nearly 3 msf to their management portfolio of quality institutional-owned assets.
