A 7.9k sf office building in San Diego traded hands in a recent $2.965 mil ($375/sf) transaction. The property is located at 2870 5th Ave, north of downtown and just west of Balboa Park.
The buyer was H.G. Fenton, a locally based real estate firm that will use this property for office space. The seller was Linfield Investments LP, based in Canada.
Kipp Gstettenbauer and Ryan King, Vice President of Voit Real Estate Services’ San Diego office represented both parties in the deal. The transaction took approximately one month to close escrow.
