Madera Plaza, a 9.1k sf office building in Rancho Bernardo, sold for $2.1 mil ($231/sf). The property is located at 17065 Via Del Campo, west of I-15 and south of Rancho Bernardo Rd.
Madera Plaza is two-story, masonry and glass building with operable windows. The property was built in 1991 features mountain views of Rancho Bernardo.
The buyer WeMo Holdings LLC, operating as Axis Medical Technologies, will occupy the building in Q2 2016 following extensive renovations. Axis Medical Technologies is a developer of case management, logistics planning, and billing software for the orthopedic medical device market.
Marc Posthumus and Chris Williams of Colliers International represented the seller, WJB Family Partnership.
