Work has been completed on The Ivanhoe, a 33.4k sf office building in La Jolla that has been completely renovated by its owner, Capstone Advisors. Carlsbad-based Capstone acquired the three-story building in 2014 and then began the $1.5 mil transformation just finished.
The building is located at 7817 Ivanhoe Ave, between Prospect St and Torrey Pines Rd. It sits one over three levels of subterranean parking with four parking spaces per 1,000 square feet, which is a rarity in parking-constrained La Jolla.
The transformation includes a fully renovated lobby, completely rebuilt restrooms, upgraded hallways, parking garage and exterior hardscape improvements, new exterior lighting and paint, and new drought-resistant landscaping.
