Swift Real Estate Partners purchased 5405 Morehouse Drive, a 51.5k sf office building in Sorrento Mesa, from Cruzan. The price was not disclosed.
Built in 1988 on 1.98 acres, 5405 Morehouse Drive is located north of Mira Mesa Blvd and east of I-805. It was renovated in 2013 with resort-style restroom fixtures and lobby finishes as well as an atrium courtyard with seating areas and a water feature.
The three-story property was 92 percent leased at the time of sale. Tenants at the property include a mix of technology companies, financial and insurance services firms, and biotech users.
Louay Alsadek, Hunter Rowe, and Andrew Taylor of CBRE represented the seller in the deal. Swift Real Estate Partners repped itself.
