NorthMarq Capital arranged a $30 mil refi loan on Carmel Mountain Ranch Town Center, a 172.3k sf retail property in San Diego. The property is located at 11815 Carmel Mountain Rd, east of I-15 and north of Ted Williams Pkwy.
Ralph’s, Rite Aid, Bank of America and McDonalds are the property’s major tenants. Other tenants include Trader Joe's, Chico's, Starbucks, Union Bank of California, Chase Bank (NAP), El Pollo Loco (NAP), Frazee and Hallmark.
The transaction was structured with a fully amortizing 25-year term and funded by a life insurance company. NorthMarq’s Michael Dobbins arranged the deal.
