Ronson Shamoun of the RJS Law Group paid $3.7 mil for a 19.7k sf ($188/sf) office building in San Diego. Located at 2044 First Ave, a few blocks east of I-5 in the “uptown” submarket of San Diego.
Built in 1986, the building includes two levels of parking. It is surrounded by a combination of residential and office properties, and also boasts panoramic views of the San Diego Bay.
Josh Buchholz, Doug Ceresia, CCIM, SIOR, and Matt Midura of NAI San Diego represented the seller, San Diego Credit Association. The buyer intends to occupy the building.
