Mission View Plaza, a 52.1k sf, four-story office building in San Diego’s Mission Valley, recently sold for $8.1 mil, or $155/sf. The building is located at 3517 Camino Del Rio South, west of I-15 on the south side of I-8. Mission View Plaza was built in 1988 and features a fully covered parking garage.
Derek Hulse and Derek Applbaum of Colliers International represented the seller, Stephens Properties LP. Brian Jenkins and Mike Conger of ECP Commercial repped the buyer, PWI CDRS LP.
“Buyers are seeking investment opportunities in Mission Valley due to its central location, freeway access, retail amenities, public transportation and abundance of housing options,” said Hulse, Vice President at Colliers International. “Outside of Downtown, Mission Valley is the best opportunity for a true live/work environment.”
