R&R International Freight Forwarding Inc signed a 65-month, $1.2 mil lease for a 35.6k sf industrial building in the Otay Mesa area of San Diego. R&R, which has been serving the international transport industry since 1991 and has facilities in Tijuana, Ensenada and San Diego, plans to move into its new facility next month.
The new R&R International Freight Forwarding building is located in the 34-acre, master-planned Britannia Industrial Park at 2450 Siempre Viva Court. It is one of five buildings in a 10.84-acre speculative development within the park, which totals 156k sf. Kearny Real Estate was the developer.
Darren Mullins of Cassidy Turley represented the landlord, JB Real Estate Holdings LLC. The tenant was repped by Jeff Saywitz of Saywitz Company.
