DefenseWeb Technologies has signed a 90-month, $9.38 mil lease for 46.1k sf ($2.26/sf/mo) of office space in Sorrento Mesa. The deal is within Seaview Corporate Center, located at 10188 Telesis Ct, east of I-805 and south of Sorrento Valley Blvd.
In the transaction, Brett Ward, LEED AP, Bill Cavanagh, and Michael Cassolato of Cassidy Turley’s San Diego office represented the landlord, John Hancock Life Insurance Company (USA). Bob Rodewald of James Crone & Associates repped DefenseWeb Technologies, a market leader creating sophisticated software solutions for government clients.
“Seaview Corporate Center consists of four high-image Class A office buildings located in the desirable Sorrento Mesa submarket,” said Ward. “DefenseWeb wanted a first-class campus environment that would allow it to thrive alongside other pemier companies.”
