Fenway Asset Acquisitions LLC has purchased a 21.3k sf office property located at 9320 Chesapeake Dr in Kearny Mesa for $2.34 mil ($110/sf). It was sold by Chesapeake Management, L.P.
The two-story, multi-tenant office building was constructed in 1980 on just over an acre. The building is currently 100% leased and has historically been able to maintain a high level of occupancy, due in part to its desirable location offering unparalleled freeway access to the greater San Diego region.
CBRE’s Paul Lafrenz, Melissa Foster and John Hundley along with Jill Morton of Capital Growth Properties represented the Seller, Chesapeake Management, L.P., and the Buyer, Fenway Asset Acquisitions LLC.
