Gregg Seaman of Viewpoint Equities paid $9.9 mil for two office buildings in the Mission Valley area of San Diego. The properties were sold by Holualoa Companies.
The two, three-story buildings, located at 2635 and 2535 Camino del Rio South, provide convenient access to the I-8 Fwy. 2635 Camino del Rio South measures approximately 39k sf and 2535 Camino del Rio South measures approximately 50k sf.
Derek Hulse and Derek Applbaum, both Associate Vice Presidents at Colliers International, were the only agents involved in this transaction. Viewpoint Equities has retained Colliers International for the leasing of the two properties and will be making renovations to both.
