Hammer Commercial Ventures, a local real estate development and investment firm owned by Jon Hammer, paid $5.35 mil for a multi-property acquisition in San Diego. The purchase consists of a four-story office building located at 440 Upas St and two additional parcels of land on Upas St in the uptown market of central San Diego.
Brian Mulvaney, Senior Vice President, and Jon Boland, Vice President, in Voit Real Estate Services’ San Diego office represented the seller, San Diego Blood Bank and the buyer. Hammer Commercial Ventures, LLC is an operating member of Balboa Phase I, LLC.
