Davidson Communities has acquired 63 residential lots located in Carlsbad for $14.16 mil. The lots cover 24.39 acres and are located within La Costa Town Square.
The single-family detached residential sites, located on the south side of Rancho Santa Fe Rd, just east of La Costa Ave, have a minimum lot size of 7.5k sf each. The residential site is part of La Costa Town Square, a planned 285k sf, upscale shopping center located on 83 acres, which is owned by the seller, Property Development Centers LLC.
La Costa Town Square and residential sites are located in the highly desirable community of La Costa. The development is surrounded by residential communities, local shopping centers and conveniently located near the I-5, providing easy access to San Diego’s major job centers.
The seller was represented in the transaction by David Santistevan, Gunder Creager and Ciara Layne of Colliers International. Property Developments Centers is a wholly owned subsidy of Safeway Inc.
