Situated within the South Vista Industrial area of San Diego’s North County, this manufacturing and corporate headquarters facility includes over 9k sf of over-standard office space, high clear height, upgraded sprinkler systems, and extensive glass lines.
The property owner, Symphony Asset Pool XIV LLC, a California limited liability company, was represented by Henry Zahner and Jon Busse of Colliers International. Brown, a safe and vault company, was represented by Joseph McDermott Director at Cushman Wakefield.
