Buckeye Casa Grande L.P., a San Diego-based limited partnership, purchased 309 acres of land in Mesa, AZ for just over $9 mil. The land is situated at the southeast corner of Pecos and Ellsworth Roads, just south of the Williams Gateway Airport.
The new owners plan to hold the land, which is currently being farmed, as a long-term investment. The property has commercial and industrial zoning in place for future development and is located within the Williams Trade Zone, a special district that provides property and sales tax incentives for owners and users. The seller was Enterprise Bank and Trust.
The seller was repped by Nate Nathan and Dave Mullard of Scottsdale-based Nathan & Associates. Brent Moser, Mike Haenel, Mike Sutton and Brooks Griffith with Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction. Moser, Sutton and Griffith are part of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial’s Land Group, while Haenel is part of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial’s Industrial Group.
