SR Commercial has landed four new SoCal management contracts totaling more than 185.5k sf of space. The new contracts include a 61k sf Class “A” office building in Scripps Ranch, the former Thomas Jefferson Law School Campus, a freestanding industrial building in Santa Fe Springs and a multi-tenant office building located in the heart of Cardiff-by-The-Sea in San Diego.
According to Adam S. Robinson, Principal at SR Commercial, the company is embarking on a rapid-growth campaign. Robinson points out, “We also recently rebranded our firm, allowing us to focus on investment and management in the commercial market, and we will continue to handle homeowner association management for the residential sector with our sister company, ARK Management.”
The four contracts SR Commercial has added to its management portfolio include:
• A 61k sf, Class “A” office building located at 10150 Meanly Dr in the Scripps Ranch submarket in San Diego
• Three office buildings totaling approximately 75k sf at the former Thomas Jefferson Law School Campus located at 2120,2121 and 2145 San Diego Ave in San Diego
• A 43.8k sf freestanding industrial building located at 14700 South Radburn Ave in Santa Fe Springs
• A 5.6k sfmulti-tenant office building located in the heart of Cardiff-by-The-Sea in San Diego
SR Commercial has more than 3 msf of real estate investments and management, with plans to expand its portfolio much further. The firm places its focus on acquiring Class "A" located retail, office and industrial properties in coastal and urban areas of San Diego County and Orange County with a consideration of $2 mil to $12 mil.
SR Commercial assumed all commercial business previously being handled by ARK Management, also owned by Robinson and CJ Stos, which includes more than 2.8 msf of commercial property management. These projects include the management of Lake Elsinore Market Place, a 424.9k sf power center located at the full interchange of Central Ave and I-15 in Lake Elsinore; Hillside Professional Center, a 41.7k sf office/medical building located at 2221 Camino Del Rio South in San Diego; and three retail buildings and three Industrial buildings totaling approximately 30k sf at 1905-1925 Main St in Ramona, CA; as well as many others.
