Three recent San Diego-area sales are worth letting you know about. The deals were in Santee, Chula Vista and Lemon Grove.
In the Santee deal, Quality Controlled Manufacturing paid $6.5 mil for a 51k sf ($127/sf) industrial facility on just over three acres at 9429 Abraham Way, west of the 67 Fwy and north of Mission Gorge Rd. It was sold by Bardon Cabinets.
Glenn Arnold, Ken Ruppert and Kerry Schimpf of Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial represented Quality Controlled Manufacturing, which plans to operate a machine ship in the building. Ruppert and Schimpf also repped the Bardon Cabinets in the deal.
In a Chula Vista sale, Fuller Ford purchased a 27.8k sf industrial building on 1.8 acres of land at 515 Auto Park Dr for $3.6 mil ($129/sf). Fuller will relocate its auto body shop from a smaller location across the street.
Rob Miller, Brian Kilkenny and Michael Mossmer of Voit Commercial Brokerage repped the seller, Primera Investments Inc. Fuller Ford was represented by Richard Wyllie of Prudential.

And in Lemon Grove, a 5.2k sf office building at 3434 Grove St, south of the 94 Fwy and west of the 125 Fwy, was purchased by RM-USE LLC for $1.15 mil ($221/sf).
The buyer, RM-USE LLC represented itself. Kipp Gstettenbauer and Kyle Clark of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Western Investment Network LLC. The buyer, who plans to hold the building as an investment, repped itself in the deal.
