An international pharmaceutical services group recently inked a lease for 10.8k sf of Class A office space in San Diego’s University Town Center area, after agreeing to a 10-year, $4.75 mil ($3.67/sf/mo) deal at Genesee Executive Plaza. The property is located at 9333 Genesee Ave, north of La Jolla Village Dr and west of I-805.
Genesee Executive Plaza features two, three-story office buildings with suites ranging in size from 1.3k sf to 6.1k sf. The plaza features an on-site café, property manager and concierge service. In addition to nearby shopping and fine dining, Genesee Executive Plaza offers access to both Interstates 5 and 805.
