Development of a new $20 mil medical office park in Vista is nearing the finish line, as construction has been topped off at Premier Crossing, a 51.8k sf project located at the corner of South Melrose Dr and Sycamore Ave. The 10-building development is scheduled for completion in July of 2008.
Situated on 5.09 acres, Premier Crossing offers entire buildings or half buildings for sale, each with individual signage and a private entrance. The buildings range in size from 3.9k sf to 6.3k sf and are divisible to as small as approximately 2.2k sf, with prices starting at $880k.
“The project offers an ideal location for medical practitioners to capitalize on the demographics of the area in close proximity to both Scripps Hospital Encinitas and Tri City Medical Center,” said Briant Howes, Principal with Brock Holdings and consultant to the developers of the project, Global Building and City Mark Development.
Designed by Davis & Davis, the project features a contemporary exterior with granite-like burnished block, brushed aluminum accents and tinted high-performance glass. Premier Crossing also includes generous, conveniently located parking. The general contractor is Richard and Richard Construction Company.
