Life Time has inked a 90k sf, full building lease at Lakeshore, a modern 900k sf Class A mixed-use office and retail campus in Irvine. The deal, at 18007 Von Karman Ave, also includes 24k sf of exclusive outdoor space.
Life Time will serve as one of Lakeshore’s anchor tenants as a member-based athletic resort. Once open, expected completion in the second half of 2022, it will include everything one could imagine for healthy living—for all ages, including group exercise, cycle, yoga and Pilates studios, a spacious fitness floor, an outdoor fitness space and an outdoor pool and beach club. Other highlights will include a full-service fast-casual LifeCafe, a full-service LifeSpa and a Kids Academy for children from three months to 11 years old featuring a host of classes designed to foster healthy habits from an early age.
Located off Von Karman Ave with visibility from I-405, Lakeshore, operated by SENTRE, a full-service real estate investment and development firm, is a multi-building high-rise and mid-rise campus comprising approximately 750k sf of office space and 150k sf of retail/restaurant space. The campus also features a prominent lake and central one-acre outdoor park, recently re-designed by world renowned architect Gensler. Lakeshore is a quintessential amenity-rich Orange County experience, offering impressive design and architecture, blended efficient indoor spaces with outdoor esplanades with adjoining patios and purposeful walkable conveniences.
“The highly amenitized Lakeshore has been re-purposed to ensure that working professionals who spend time here have the conveniences of work-life productivity and practicality in an enhanced setting, while also providing tremendous offerings for the community,” said John Brand, SENTRE’s Director of Lakeshore Operations.
The property is situated in a strong Orange County trade area with plentiful amenities and is also commuter convenient, close to the I-405 and SR 55 freeways, John Wayne Airport, and an abundance of housing.
