We’ve learned of two unique SoCal lifestyle and entertainment centers that have hit the market. One of the properties, Plaza Mexico, is located in the City of Lynwood, while the other, The Source, is located in Buena Park. Both centers are being marketed by NAI Capital.
Plaza Mexico is a 32.82-acre, grocery-anchored, open-air regional lifestyle center, strategically located in a dense Los Angeles County urban infill trade area with international and cultural appeal. The asset offers an opportunity for development expansion as it is entitled for additional retail, residential, and hospitality development with freeway frontage along I-105. The Source is a newly-built lifestyle and entertainment destination center in Orange County totaling over 600k sf, including a Class A office building, four-star hotel, parking structure, and conceptual plans for an adjacent mixed-use residential development.
NAI Capital’s Chris Jackson, Ted Attalla, Todd Lorber, David Shaby III and Grant Bullen will lead the marketing efforts. The protlfolio, totaling over 1 msf between the two, is expected to receive tremendous interest.
