Anaheim Res Property Goes for $332k/Unit

6/02/21

A 14-unit multifamily property in Anaheim sold for $4.65 mil ($332k/unit). It was traded between two private investors.

The property, located at 129 S. Olive St, sits in the prime area of Downtown Anaheim and is just steps away from the Anaheim Packing District. The property was built in 1986 and features all two-bedroom/two-bathroom townhome-style apartments with vaulted ceilings, central air, patios and balconies.

CBRE’s Dan Blackwell represented the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

“This a rare, pride of ownership asset in an amenity-rich, walkable neighborhood that is highly sought after,” said Blackwell. “Within 24 hours of marketing the property for sale, we immediately had multiple offers from qualified buyers and went under contract.”

Blackwell continues, “It is difficult to find assets that were built after 1985 for sale, which made this investment particularly attractive to the buyer. The strong rental demand in the area supports full occupancy.”
