Built in 1958, The Standard Apartments sits on a 15.9k sf site at 931 and 935 South Standard Ave, north of McFadden Ave and west of the confluence of I-5 and the 55 Fwy. The property is walking distance to numerous retail shopping plazas, restaurants, Santa Ana College, Kennedy Elementary School, and Century Park High School.
Mike Marcu of The Mogharebi Group represented the seller, a SoCal-based investor. The buyer was in a 1031 exchange. According to Marcu, the property is 100% occupied with strong cash flow and value-add upside.
