AmorePacific US Inc leased 111.7k sf of space at 3300 East Birch Street in Brea. This deal brings total occupancy of the state-of-the-art 218.6k sf building to 100%.
AmorePacific US, providing beauty and health solutions, will relocate from its existing location in Corona. The Brea property will be their Southern California headquarters.
Jeff Read, Scott Read, and Greg Osborne with Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, Newport Beach-based Western Realco, in the transaction. AmorePacific US was repped by Chris Destino of Lee & Associates.
