CNI College Inks $16 Mil Lease in Santa Ana

6/08/18

CNI College, an Orange County-based nursing school, agreed to a $16 mil, 130-month lease for 52.1k sf ($2.36/sf/mo) of space in Santa Ana. The deal is at Pacific Center, located at 1610 St Andrews Place.

Pacific Center is a two-building, two-story office complex totaling 202.7k sf of space. It is centrally located between two major Metrolink Stations with numerous OCTA bus routes on or adjacent to the property. Tenants also benefit from close proximity to numerous amenities, including The District at Tustin Legacy.

Drew Netherton with NKF represented CNI College, who will be relocating and expanding from their current location in Orange. CBREs Ross Bourne represented the landlord, Brookhollow.

The new location provides CNI an opportunity to upgrade its facility as well as occupy a single floor. They also gain abundant free parking and ease of access for their students, said Netherton.
