An 81.8k sf industrial property in Anaheim has sold for $12.2 mil, or $149/sf. It was sold by Makena Properties.
The building is located at 5065 East Hunter Ave, north of the 91 Fwy and west of Imperial Hwy. The property is 100% leased to Discount Dance Supply, a dancewear retailer, and is situated within close proximity to a variety of restaurants, and fitness centers.
CBRE’s Gary Stache, Anthony DeLorenzo, and Doug Mack represented the seller in the deal. The buyer, an unidentified private owner, was represented by an outside broker.
Orange County is one of the most-desired infill industrial markets in the Greater Los Angles and Southern California region with record-low vacancies, according to CBRE research. The economic makeup in the area is diverse and includes demand from the aerospace, electronics, food and apparel industries.
