The law firm Payne & Fears LLP signed a seven-year lease renewal for 25.8k sf of office space at Jamboree Center in Irvine. The company, an Orange County-based labor & employment, business and insurance litigation firm, signed at 4 Park Plaza, one of five buildings that make up Jamboree Center.
Located just off the 405 Fwy, Jamboree Center features high-speed elevators, vaulted glass lobby ceilings, covered walkways and extensive landscaping. The Hotel Irvine is also located on site, serving business travelers, groups and leisure guests.
The property also boasts a sport court, including a basketball court and a nine-hole putting green. In addition, it features a wellness center and food options such as Fooda, excepted to open later this year, a culinary service bringing food from restaurant partners in the area based on a rotating schedule.
CBRE’s Kevin Bender and Mark Sprague represented the tenant. Gary Gerson represented the landlord, Irvine Company Office Properties. The lease value was not disclosed.
