The Jetty, a creative office campus overlooking the Newport Beach Golf Course that was recently repositioned into office condominiums ranging from 1k sf to 10k sf, has been put on the market.
Formerly Workscapes, The Jetty is an 87.3k sf complex with newly renovated office units situated adjacent to John Wayne Airport. The project is owned and being marketed by Buchanan Street Partners, which acquired the asset in 2014. After buying the property, Buchanan renovated the former multi-tenant office buildings into creative design space, and subdivided the project. The Jetty now has a condominium plan in place allowing for individual ownership.
