Euroline Steel Windows & Doors has purchased an 84.4k sf industrial building in Yorba Linda for $11.2 mil, or $133/sf. The building is located at 22600 Savi Ranch Pkwy, east of Yorba Linda Blvd and north of Hwy 91.
Based in Santa Ana, Euroline manufactures steel doors and windows. The company is expected to occupy the property by the end of the second quarter.
Dale Camera, Jason Helmick and Kenah Cooper with Lee & Associates Irvine represented the buyer in the deal. Rick Ellison of Cushman & Wakefield repped the seller, Sam Makhanian.
